Close your eyes and imagine
the world as you want it -
the things and the people
you want to know there,
the magic you want to come true.
Now open them and see all the ruins
surrounding you, the dark and despair,
and understand I’ll never be there for you
so you were there for me
and that the dreams don’t come to life.
