forever alone,
standing in the cold,
in front of your door…
Wanted to say “Hi”,
even if all after
is just a painful,
everlasting “Goodbye”…
Wanted to see you,
to reach out
and touch you
last time – once more…
Rain is pouring
blinding my eyes…
Snow stared falling,
freezing my heart…
Forgive and please don’t forget me,
rest a rose over me,
close my eyes and know -
I will love you even when gone.
